The MOU has been signed between the Malagasy Customs, the OMDA and GasyNet, on june 1st at Palissandre Hotel. The MIDAC will thus be used for the online issuance of the import authorization related to commodities subject to the remuneration for private copying ( the list of which is fixed by the Decree n\u00b02018-069).
