{"id":3489,"date":"2016-12-08T10:16:04","date_gmt":"2016-12-08T09:16:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.gasynet.com\/the-new-conditions-of-eligibility-of-the-pad\/"},"modified":"2019-07-15T13:41:10","modified_gmt":"2019-07-15T11:41:10","slug":"the-new-conditions-of-eligibility-of-the-pad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gasynet.com\/?p=3489","title":{"rendered":"The new conditions of eligibility of the PAD"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>According to the memorandum recently issued by Malagasy Customs and in line with the Decision n\u00b019 MFB\/ SG\/ DGD of November, 07th, 2016 the new conditions of eligibility of the PAD will be effective as from January, 2017. The changes affect the following points:<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8211; The new requirements are related to the release for consumption (mise \u00e0 la consummation)<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8211; The period of 6 months for which the PAD is granted is fixed : from January till June or from July till December<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8211; The criteria used for monthly evaluation will be classified in three categories : informative indicators, mandatory indicators and eliminatory indicators<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8211; In case of any customs offence, the benefit of the PAD is immediately removed (temporarily or definitively according to the breach).<\/p>\n\n<p>So, the already beneficiary of the PAD following the Decision n\u00b0 14\/ MFB\/ SG\/ DGD of November 6th, 2015 will keep benefiting it until January, 2017. They will then be evaluated according to the terms ot those new criteria ant the end of December 2016 to determine whether they will keep benefiting the accelerated procedure or not.
