In addition to ASEAL members, many African countries participated in this summit, such as the Republic of Congo, Morocco, the Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Burkina Faso, Madagascar and of course Senegal. It was an opportunity for all to take good note of the preconditions required for the effective implementation of a paperless system, and, once again, to emphasize the importance of technological means but also of the legal framework and of the need to establish agreements with partner countries thereafter, in order to extend the importance of the system.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The 6th ASEAL summit took place in Dakar in June 6th.
