Tuesday, July 16, a memorandum of understanding was signed by the Minister of Health, Johanita Ndahimananjara, the Director General of Customs, Vola-Razafindramiandra Ramiandrasoa, and the General Manager of GasyNet, Pascal Bezen\u00e7on.
