Thus, the 6th Executive Committee of the Alliance meeting as well as the Workshop on the implementation of Single Window in Africa were held in Antananarivo in October 2012, and this year again the 3rd edition of the International Conference.<\/p>\n\n<p>Furthermore, welcoming such an event of such scope is an opportunity in that the Large Island has the advantage of a rather special positioning in the Indian Ocean region, allowing it to be the bridge between Africa and Asia on the one hand, Southern Africa and the American continent on the other hand.
