As part of strengthening collaboration between the Malagasy Customs and the Revenue Authority, GasyNet has established an electronic link between NIF-ONLINE Database and BSC Database in order to automatically verify importing companies data.<\/p>\n\n
For Companies, only those having a registerd and valid NIF-ONLINE Database will be allowed to submit a BSC for validation. Therefore, Companies that do not meet such requirements will have to approach the Directorate General of Tax.<\/p>\n\n
Such new feature helps automate and simplify audits and in fact saves importers from producing JIRAMA invoice with GasyNet.<\/p>\n\n
Such new provisions do not apply to entities that do not have NIF (individuals, administrations, consulates, embassies, associations).<\/p>\n\n
For Individuals:<\/p>\n\n
-Name, First name (s), address, telephone number and email address<\/p>\n\n
-Number of identity document (passport containing 9 characters consisting of 7digits and 2 letters; identity card composed exclusively of 12-digits).<\/p>\n\n
-A copy of the identity document + certificate of residence or hotel reservation or JIRAMA invoice of less than 3 months or resident card.<\/p>\n\n
For Administrations and Embassies:<\/p>\n\n
-Name, adress, telephone number and email address<\/p>\n\n
For Associations and NGOs:<\/p>\n\n
-Name, adress, telephone number and email address<\/p>\n\n
