The GasyNet satisfaction survey campaign was launched on 08 July 2021.
As part of its quality policy, GasyNet organizes an annual survey of its clients and partners in order to understand their level of satisfaction with our services. The objective is to determine their needs and expectations and, above all, to be able to continue to make improvements.
Specifically, we want to know your opinion on the quality of our services, the competence of our team and the performance of our systems. Your feedback will allow us to make any necessary improvements to ensure that your needs are always satisfied.
Faced to different health restrictions, we have chosen the technological option in order to contribute to the efforts to combat the spread of the virus, but above all to facilitate everyone’s participation.
The satisfaction survey has therefore been published on an online platform, which is still available until 31 August 2021.
Special Edition for 2021
For this year, a lottery will be organized at the end of the survey and there will be some surprises for the winners. There are two categories in this satisfaction survey, so there will be two winners for this year. The date of the draw will be announced soon.
